Packing Details

Our packing is being taken very seriously. We check piece by piece to ensure shipment is free of broken or damaged units. You can rely that the bracelets you are receiving are in good conditions.

The most common packing format is in pairs: compact packing that protects the bracelets from environment and transit incidents. Then we pack the bracelets by 12 in a sealed bag. This format permits our wholesale clients to conveniently storage and distribute them with the minor packing effort. This is a saving in time and packing costs for you.

Production and packing cycle for an order of 600 pieces usually takes about three weeks to be shipment. For larger orders further shipments would follow up every other week.

Returns Details

Make-to-orders are specially prepared as per your specifications. Therefore these orders are subject to 25% cancellation/return fee of sales price.

Bracelets in original condition with the original packaging may be returned. Once we receive the item and see that it is in new condition we will refund you your original purchase fee.

Buyer returns the item at own cost. Shipping fees are not refunded.
